How did it all begin?
In 1998 a busy regional practice needed efficient control of its high-volume, low-margin conveyancing business. Intelliworks was created by the lawyers, who soon recognised that the software had potential to be a better, more effective product than any workflow software on the market.
So, Ochresoft was founded to write legal software for lawyers. By 2005, Ochresoft was a flourishing company with workflow software, Intelliworks – for Conveyancing and Private Client teams – continually managed by Lawyers, for Lawyers.
Ochresoft is now part of Landmark Information Group Ltd, the international property information division of the Daily Mail General Trust (DMGT) – a well-connected and influential partner, whose investment marks an exciting phase in the growth of Ochresoft.
Sister companies include leading brands in this arena such as SearchFlow, Argyll, Millar & Bryce and Optimus.
