A traditional approach to such work demands time and absorbs large amounts of personnel resources. By integrating Ochresoft with partner systems, huge efficiency and quality gains are achieved. Our API integrations with HMRC and HM Land Registry, for example, guarantee that the information we send meets their data standards, and their response is automatically received and filed directly into the case. Enabling users to interact with these systems from within the Intelliworks workflow reduces the number of separate interfaces they need to use, by providing one familiar format, and access to one support desk if they need assistance.
Integration Process
Ochresoft’s workflow and case management solution Intelliworks sits at the centre of an ecosystem of external partners, including government agencies, business partners, and other systems, seamlessly sending and receiving information. By providing automated integration with vital systems such as the government’s HM Land Registry, information is sent in the correct format and responses returned with the maximum of efficiency.
We constantly develop and improve our external business integration network, adding new partners and enhancing existing integrations when additional capabilities are released by our business partners.
Ochresoft is one of a small number of approved Government partners for the provision of the services we integrate with. We currently hold accreditation for the following government services:
- Business Gateway electronic Document Registration Service application programming interface (API), and the:
- Electronic Document Registration Service (eDRS)
- Integrated Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions
