Following a very happy and successful 22 years at IBM in Customer-facing roles (Sales and Relationship Management) dealing with Clients across various Industries but predominantly in the Telco, Media and Entertainments Sector, I joined Ochresoft in February 2022. It’s been a great experience, the warmth and support of colleagues quickly left me feeling as though I’d been here for years – in a good way!
My role is to manage the relationship between Ochresoft and our top 20 Clients, both Conveyancing and Private Client – co-ordinating with the various teams who impact our clients (Training, Sales, Support and my colleagues in the other Landmark brands) and acting as the Client’s advocate within Ochresoft to deliver best in class experience for them. In a nutshell, I help our Clients to get the best out of Ochresoft and Intelliworks.
In addition, I have the privilege of managing the Ochresoft Customer Relationship team, who, between them, cover the rest of our Clients. I love helping and encouraging them to be the best they can be and deliver exceptional support to our Clients.
Outside of work, I love the theatre (and would go every week if funds allowed!), walking, weight training, reading, and singing – mostly musical theatre – I obtained Grade 8 in 2019. I also enjoy eating – hence the walking and weight training!
