Two years ago, the Ochresoft team made a pledge to offset the carbon emissions produced by the business, in a bid to become carbon neutral.
Since launching the ‘Forest of Ochresoft’ in January 2021, we have planted 3,034 trees across the globe, which equates to reforesting 2.8 hectares. More than 940 tonnes of CO2 are being captured over the lifetime of the trees.

Earth Hour: switch off and #ShapeOurFuture
On 25th March at 8:30pm local time, spend 60 minutes doing something positive for our planet.
Earth Hour has been known for the “lights off” movement – a symbolic event to show collective support for the planet. It demonstrates support for stronger action on climate change.
After switching off all lights, you could spend the Hour with friends, family, and community – whether at home, outside, online, or in-person – to make it an impactful evening to remember. Here are seven ways you could spend Earth Hour.
Earth Day: the World’s Largest Environmental Movement
Earth Day, celebrated on the 22nd of April each year, is an annual event dedicated to awareness about the various environmental challenges that face our planet. Co-ordinated by the Earth Day Network and now in its 50th year, the movement is celebrated in over 190 countries around the world, who all have their own Earth Day celebrations.
The theme for Earth Day 2023 is “Invest in Our Planet”. The website details ways in which people can get involved, which includes a global clean-up, educational workshops, and planting trees. An interactive map shows planned events near you.
Be a part of the green revolution
