The 2023 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards will take place at Hilton Park Lane, London, on 7th March, where organisations from across the UK will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
The UK’s most prestigious Customer Service Awards is run by the professional body for customer service, and recognises organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.
