Monday’s theme for National Conveyancing Week 2024, held during Monday 11th – Friday 15th March, is “Material and Up Front Information and the Opportunity for Conveyancing”.
Upfront information (UFI) is a way to help property transactions become more efficient, by starting the process of gathering vital information early – while the seller’s property is being actively marketed. Conveyancers create the property file and collate the majority of information as soon as a property is instructed, thereby getting ahead and speeding up transactions.
We’ve put together a list of helpful tools and resources on our own UFI Property Process, which is available within our Intelliworks Sale Workflow:
- Watch our customer demo video to discover how you can improve transaction speed and certainty.
- Not an existing Intelliworks user? Not to worry, you can watch a shorter demonstration.
- We held a day of live customer webinars on 17th January, where our Legal Trainer, Petrina Forte, took existing users through our UFI Property Process within the Intelliworks Sale workflow. We recorded a session, in case you missed out.
- With the UFI Property Process, you could cut additional enquiries by 75%. See 16 other benefits of using UFI within our infographic.
- Discover how you can leverage the power of upfront information in property sales within our website blog.
